Just a little bit of news today. Our Check-Inn Summer Quarterly Newsletter will be mailed out to properties with an active Service Contract within the next week. Please keep an eye out for it.
The newsletter will cover information about our scanner options, discounted pre-paid after-hour emergency support calls and an article from our Tech Support department.
We will be closed on July 4th but our after-hours support team will be available for emergency needs. This service is only available to properties with an active Service Contract. The after-hours support is billed at $50 per call or issue.
If you are interested in pre-paying for your support calls at the discounted rate of $100 for 3 calls (good for a year from purchase), please contact us. This is another great option for properties that have an active Service Contract with us!
