Channel Managers

The ability to advertise your hotel on 100’s of difBlog_Image_2015-12-15ferent websites has been a game-changer in the hotel industry, but managing rates and inventory on each OTA site is simply too time-consuming and complex, leaving too much room for rate parity issues and other errors. Thankfully, we now have channel managers.

Channel managers provide an online portal (website) which allows you to manage all of your OTAs in one place. With channel managers, you only load rates one time, which are then sent to all of the channels you have an account with (Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor, etc).  All of your channels get their inventory from one source, thus minimizing the potential for overbookings. Some of the better channel managers even have the ability to book reservations directly into your PMS, which eliminates potential mistakes made when entering guest info by hand, saving you time and money.
