Don’t have a Service Contract?

Call Innsoft Sales at (503) 643-8162, option 1 to renew today! The tech support service contract includes unlimited tech support calls during business hours and discounted after-hours emergency calls. An active Service Contract also allows for free downloads of new releases and updates to Check-Inn and all other hotel software purchased from Innsoft.

Note: Emergency Telephone Tech Support is not a free service. Existing Service Contract holders will be charged a flat $50.00 per call/incident fee. After-hours emergency support is not available for properties that do not have an active Service Contract.

Support calls made on these days will be considered Emergency Tech Support and will be billed $50.00 per call/incident to existing Service Contract holders. After-hours emergency support is not available for properties that do not have an active Service Contract.
