Summer Support

Summer is here and we hope that all of our customers are busy and profitable!  Because this is such a hectic time of year it can be difficult to find the time to touch base with us when you have questions, feedback or need assistance.  Please feel free to contact us via email, fax or telephone.  It’s always a good idea to contact us as soon as possible when there are potential tech support issues that need to be addressed.

A few summer tips:

    1. Remember to use a UPS (uninterruptible power supply).  This inexpensive device is essential for a business because it  will keep your computer running in the event of a power outage.  Many people greatly underestimate the importance of this until they lose their data!
    2. Backup your data regularly.  Check-Inn automatically backs up to your hard drive twice a day, but it’s very important to either manually backup the data at least once a day, or use an automatic backup service.  Give our support team a call if you would like suggestions regarding cloud backup services.
    3. If you are interested in using a cloud backup service, call our support team before you start using it!  Some cloud backup systems can effect the performance of Check-Inn.
    4. Unable to find a report or feature you need in Check-Inn?  Give our support team a call before giving up.  The system is easy to use, but does contain many features and options that customers are not familiar with or have never used before.  Also, there may be a work around for the functionality that you are looking for.  And if not, we need your feedback so we can look at adding it to the system!
