ID Scanner Interface

Will:
- Scan color image of guest ID & attach it to guest record (eliminates photocopying guest ID’s)
- Scan up to 4 images per guest room
- Save images for up to 7 years

Will NOT:
- Fill in blanks on screen (you will need to type in guest information)
- Transfer images between guest stays

Scanner and software included for one low price of $300*
*Scanner and software are licensed to a specific property and may not be moved to another property. Scanners purchased elsewhere are subject to a $300 licensing fee.

Magnetic Stripe Reader

Will:
- Read information from the magnetic stripe on a credit card or drivers license and populate appropriate fields in the Check-Inn for Windows® software
- Read encoded employee password cards

Will NOT:
- Read bar codes or drivers license without a magnetic stripe (the stripe must be encoded with information)

**Please Note: Scanners & readers can be used together (each will require a USB port). A separate scanner or reader is required for each computer.

Warranty:
Innsoft, Inc. will replace any defective ID Scanner or Magnetic Stripe reader within the first 30 days. The manufacturer's warranty extends one year from the date of purchase.
