Should I upgrade to Windows Vista?
Whenever possible Innsoft recommends using Microsoft Windows XP Professional. If a computer with Windows XP is not available, Windows Vista Business edition is acceptable. Windows Vista home edition should be avoided due to numerous limitations.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure that Microsoft Windows Vista Service Pack 1 is installed before using Windows Vista.

As part of your service contract, we typically release one or two updates per year. These include additional features and the latest corrections that could make life a lot easier for you and your staff. Our technicians will require that the latest versions of the software be installed when you call in for technical support. Running on older versions can cost you time and money. Additional features will enhance, NOT CHANGE, the basic operational function of the software.
