*Note: Emergency Telephone Tech Support is not a free service. Existing Service Contract holders will be charged a flat fee of $50.00 per call. After-hours emergency support is not available for properties that do not have an active Service Contract.

Holidays:

Support calls made on holidays qualify as Emergency Tech Support. Existing Service Contract holders will be billed $50.00 per call on these holidays. Holiday emergency support is not available for properties that do not have an active Service Contract.
